Chambliss Hall Renovation
Hattemer, Hornsby & Bailey (HHB) served as the Mechanical, Electrical, Prime Engineers and were responsible for all aspects of the project.
Scope: The existing Chambliss Hall was renovated to install a central heating and cooling system. Prior to this project, the building was heated only, and was equipped with limited air conditioning. The new HVAC system is a 4-pipe system, using chilled water and hot water. Hot water is obtained from the existing central steam system.
