Company Operations/44th MEDCOM

Scope: The scope was to perform a Design Charrette for the requirements Phase II of a two-phase project design for the 44th medical command (MEDCOM). The project is sited in three separate areas: The COSCOM area, Simmons Army Air field, and the A-Grid area.
The Company Operations/ 44th MEDCOM – Phase II project requires the design and construction of the following buildings: 44TH MEDCOM HQ, one large 56th Battalion HQ, four medium Company Operations Headquarters, and one small Company Operations Facility. The design requires all necessary site work, utilities, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and alarm systems, communications, security, force protection measures, pavements, parking, landscaping, and site improvements.
HHB provided all Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/Fire Protection support in the Charrette process and Master Plan Design for the Phase II complex.
