Hattemer, Hornsby & Bailey (HHB) served as the Prime A/E and furnished Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering.
Scope: Hattemer, Hornsby & Bailey (HHB) was selected by the University as the Prime A/E for HVAC upgrades to this building. The project ($600K) included replacement of fan coil units in the four-story building, replacement of the chilled water plant, upgrade to the kitchen ventilation system and replacement of the heating water plant. Project was phased to allow cooling plant replacement in winter and heating plant replacement in summer.
Doster Hall was originally constructed in 1929.
