Scope: Prepare RFP plans and specifications for a design/Build RFP under contract W91278-07-D-0105 TO 008for two separate bid: Renovations to Building 736 and a new RP Tower
HHB served as the Prime A/E for the RFP Design/Build package, including the following features:
Building 736:
New paint; New Floor Cover; New Interior Ceiling; New Toilets; New Interior Comm Lines (Ziper, Niper, etc); New HVAC ducts; New door Hardware and Interior doors;
New Alarm system and connection to HARB New modular office space. Exterior:
New paint; New parking markings; Electrical connection to Dade or HARB; Sewer and Water connection to Dade or HARB; New trench Com connections to HARB (ziper niper, etc) and coordination with HARB. Exterior Fence: Indicate fence perimeter on site plan; ATFP typical Fence Design; ATFP Booths entrance and exit
