  • University of Alabama
    HHB Engineers PC, as both Prime AE and Consultant, has an a long history with and extensive number of projects at the University of Alabama campus over the past 20 years from projects with budgets of $50,000 or less to the $17M East Quad Energy plant.  These projects include:   a large amount of renovations, laboratories, classroom facilities, athletic facilities, dining halls, chilled water distribution, steam system replacement, chilled and hot water systems, central utility plants, Greek housing, and more.  Challenges include determining phasing to limit downtime of systems and allowing construction work in occupied buildings.
