Doster Hall Culinary Arts Lab
HHB Engineers, P.C. was the Mechanical Engineer for the renovation of the existing 1,950 SF first floor kitchen area of Doster Hall to a culinary arts teaching lab space. Scope included new commercial grade kitchen equipment, including renovations to the existing plumbing and HVAC systems. Grease ductwork was routed through the building to the roof with new fans on the roof. New HVAC for the space was installed at grade level.
Doster Hall was originally constructed in 1929.
