Hattemer, Hornsby & Bailey (HHB) served as the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering consultants and was responsible for all aspects of the new Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, electrical systems, fire detection & alarm systems, plumbing and fire protection systems. The 3-story state-of-the-art 36,000 sf building is located at the front of the campus, providing a fresh new look to the grounds. Building included executive offices, 50-seat tiered auditorium, archives and history suite, group study rooms, 21-seat and 42-seat classrooms, study and reading carrels. Special features include atrium smoke evacuation and chilled water VAV.
