Replace Sprinklers, Fixtures and Piping in Blg. #88
This project involved removing and replacing the existing wet pipe fire suppression system in Blg. #88, which is approximately 16,500 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space, including a mail room and a printing center. This replacement included the sprinkler riser and all components, FDC, outdoor PIV, all piping and sprinkler heads, and tying the new system back into the existing fire alarm system. Project budget: $370,000. Construction completed: 2016
