Hattemer, Hornsby & Bailey (HHB) served as the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering consultants and was responsible for all aspects of the new Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, electrical systems, fire detection & alarm systems, plumbing and fire protection systems. The 39,000 sf, $3.6 million building is an addition to the existing 12,000 sf 1970’s structure, and is part of the Riviera Campus that contains maintenance shops and warehouses. This building is also part of the overall City of Foley Municipal complex.
SCOPE:
- Multiple DX systems to allow maintenance by Owner’s staff, including bypass VAV.
- Fire suppression sprinkler systems.
- 100% Back-up Power (Two 750 kw generators)
- Data and Communications systems
