River Bank and Trust

Scope: Hattemer, Hornsby, and Bailey was the Mechanical and Electrical Consultant for a new branch building for River Bank and Trust. The building is approximately 7,500 square feet, with 6,000 sf on the ground level, and 1,500 square feet on the mezzanine level upstairs.  The building is conditioned by split heat pump systems.  Special features include slot diffusers in the main lobby and living room, to match the contemporary design of the interior.
