Project included a new YMCA for east Montgomery, located adjacent to the new Wilson Elementary School. Building included:
· Gymnasium with fabric duct
· Child care area with dedicated HVAC system
· Exercise/aerobics room
· Locker rooms
· High efficiency water heating system
· Split heat pumps
